Hola Somos Community, 
This a special year for Somos Latin@s, as we celebrate our new structure and become a part of the National Latino GLBT Organization: Unid@s. We will announce all details during Latino Pride 2010!

Latino Pride 2010 is fast approaching so save the dates; starting on September 30 through October 3rd, we have planned a diverse calendar of events.  A full calendar of events is available in our events tab, of this site.  We also need your help as we seek sponsors, contestants for the pageant, and volunteers.  Here is a listing of what we are looking for:

* On Thursday September 30th we will be holding our first ever theatrical performance about being LGBT and Latino/a.  We are currently seeking performers, or artist to participate in this performance.  If you are interested please contact: hbgcboston@gmail.com
* On Saturday October 2nd we will be holding the Miss Gay Latina Pageant during Latino Pride.  If you are interested in participating in the pageant we are currently accepting applications, so please email us at somoslatinosma@gmail.com for an application
* We are currently seeking sponsorships for our 2010 Latino Pride.  If you would like to be a sponsor please fill out the attached sponsorship form and snail mail it back to us with your donation.
